Hierba de Olor: Fragrant, Traditional, Kitchen-Essential
The classic herb bundle that seasons every good broth.
A FRAGRANT KITCHEN TRADITION
Hierba de Olor, the Bundle Behind Every Good Broth
Hierba de olor is the traditional Mexican bundle of bay leaf, thyme, and marjoram, tied together to season broths, beans, and braises the same way a bouquet garni would. Added whole and removed before serving, it infuses dishes with a warm, herbaceous aroma without overpowering other flavors. At Latin Specialties, we source hierba de olor bundles for consistent quality and authentic flavor, case after case.
Fragrant, traditional, and kitchen-essential—hierba de olor seasons every good broth.
