DELICATE LEAF, ELEGANT FLAVOR
Tarragon, the Herb That Elevates
Tarragon brings a delicate, anise-sweet flavor prized in classic French sauces, dressings, and roasted dishes. Its slender green leaves are best used fresh, where their subtle licorice-like aroma comes through most clearly. At Latin Specialties, we handle our tarragon with care to preserve its aroma and color from harvest through delivery.
Delicate, aromatic, and distinctly elegant—tarragon elevates the dishes it touches.

- 2 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp oil
- 3 shallots, sliced
- 3/4 cup dry white wine
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh Latin Specialties Tarragon, plus sprigs

Method
- Brown the chicken in the butter and oil over medium-high heat, then set aside. Soften the shallots in the same pan.
- Add the wine, scrape up the browned bits, return the chicken, cover and simmer on low for 30 minutes, until cooked through.
