as the Tahiti lime or Bearss lime has been gaining a lot of acceptance with the
American consumer in recent years. The main characteristic of the persian lime
is that is seedless; along with this unique quality the lime is typically very
juicy, so these two traits combined make for a very popular and easy to squeeze
lime. It may take only one big lime (about the size of a small tangerine)
to yield enough juice to make a 32oz (1 ltr.) pitcher of tasty Mexican lemonade.
